Porter and Associates, Inc. is pleased to announce our involvement in this comprehensive, highly-visible commercial project. Crown Pointe Business Centre is a 22 acre commercial condominium project located on Brimhall Road about a quarter of a mile West of Coffee Road in Bakersfield, CA.
The first of multiple phases has already been constructed and is partially occupied. Five 10,000 square foot buildings make up this initial phase. The next phase is currently being designed and engineered and will contain as many as four 10, 000 square foot single story buildings. The condominium plan has been configured in a 1-foot horizontal unit grid configuration to be more flexible for varying tenant office/restaurant floor plans.
Upon build-out this project will be highly visible from the Westside Parkway.
