The Bakersfield Quality Distribution Center project consisted of the design and construction of a 1 million gallon fertilizer storage tank, improvements to 7th Standard Road, about 1600 L.F. of rail spur for storage of rail cars, electronically controlled switch, 6 acres of asphalt concrete pavement and a storm drainage facility.  A considerable amount of time and effort was spent on dealing with BNSF railroad personnel and design criteria to accomplish the objectives of our client.
