Porter & Associates has been retained by the Kern County Superintendent of Schools to provide civil engineering and surveying services for many projects over the past seven years.

Two recent projects in particular are the Richardson Center Parking Lot/Access Road and the Pioneer Village water system modification.  The Richardson Center project included a master sewer and drainage study, utility plans, water system plans, drainage plans, sewer plans, parking lot design and access road plans.  The Pioneer Village project consisted of additions to the water system for irrigation to the adjacent property. We have also recently completed the plans for the construction of the new Valley Oaks Charter School, adjacent to Pioneer Village.
