Mr. Van De Valk is a Professional Land Surveyor who has experience in legal and field surveying, construction management and all aspects of engineering management. He is a native of the San Joaquin Valley receiving his education at Bakersfield College and California State University Bakersfield. Rolland is an active member of the California Land Surveyors Association serving as Bakersfield chapter President and on the State Board of Directors. He has been working in Kern County and the surrounding areas since 1978.
Marcus C. Dokolas, EIT

Mr. Bishop has been with us since 1998. He has experience field surveying on a variety of terrain: from the swamps of South to the mountains of the Sierra Nevadas to the coastline of the Pacific. Dave has been working in surveying industry since 1973. He coordinates data collection as well as electronic transfer between the field survey crews and design engineers.
Associates
Mr. Dokolas has been with us as a Design and Project Engineer since 2000. He is a California native receiving his BS in Civil Engineering from Westmont College in Santa Barbara. He has significant design experience in Transportation and Traffic Engineering throughout California, Arizona and Nevada. Marcus is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers.
Mr. Porter has been with us since 2001. He is a Bakersfield native and received his BS in Civil Engineering from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo. Freddie is a Registered Civil Engineer (RCE) and a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers. He has experience in structural engineering and land development engineering.
Mr. Carson is the newest addition to our engineering team. He is a Bakersfield native and received his BS in Civil Engineering from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo. Matthew is a Registered Civil Engineer (RCE) and a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers. He has experience in structural engineering and land development engineering.
